To direct water away from this customers home, we installed an exterior french drain system. A trench was made for installation and covered with stone for optimal drainage.

We addressed extensive moisture damage in the crawl space, which had caused joist damage, by removing the customer's flooring, replacing and sistered the joists, and installing new subfloors throughout the home.
