A customer reached out with a sinking concrete issue in their driveway. Over time, the soil beneath the concrete had shifted, causing uneven surfaces and potential tripping hazards. We used PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift and stabilize the concrete. The process was quick and minimally invasive—we drilled small holes into the concrete, injected the PolyLevel foam, and watched as it expanded to fill voids and raise the slab back to its original position.
Water intrusion issues plagued a homeowner in Jacksonville, FL, and a permanent solution was needed! Our solution was to install a French drain system with a TripleSafe sump pump. This type of exterior drainage system collects surface water and groundwater, directs it to the TripleSafe and carries it away from the foundation. An adequately maintained French drain system can prevent flooding and foundation damage!
Our TrenchDrain system will effectively prevent this customers screened-in porch from flooding by capturing and redirecting excess water away from the area. The system features a durable, grated trench that collects surface water, channeling it through a secure pipe network to a safe discharge point. This ensures that any runoff or heavy rainfall is efficiently managed, keeping the porch dry and protected.
