In Jacksonville, FL, our team installed helical piers to address noticeable settlement along this brick exterior wall. Cracking, wall separation, and downward movement were clear indicators that the foundation was losing support.
These photos show the installation process, including excavation around the footing and placement of the helical pier brackets beneath the structure. By transferring the load to deeper, stable soil layers, the helical piers provide long-term stabilization and help prevent further cracking or structural damage.
