A catch basin is a square drain set into the ground in a gravel bed, typically with a grate on top of it. Catch basins help prevent pooling water, erosion, and flooding, and they catch debris, helping prevent a clogged storm drain or sewer system. They are placed in low spots in a yard, below downspouts, or in areas where rainwater tends to collect due to poor drainage.
This settled foundation was repaired using our Foundation Push Pier System. This system works by transferring the weight of the structure to solid bedrock through the pier system. This eliminates the foundation from further sinking.

The backside of this home was sinking, causing the floors to slope. To bring the home back to a level position and even the floor, we installed our foundation pier system. Once installed, the foundation was slowly hydraulically lifted to level. After the installation, the team backfilled the pier location with concrete to seal the system and level the area.
This Jacksonville home received a much-needed front entry improvement to prevent water pooling near the door. Our team installed a trench drain system along the brick walkway and door threshold to redirect water away from the entryway and foundation. The paver surface was carefully lifted, graded, and reset for proper drainage flow, restoring both functionality and curb appeal. Now, rainwater flows smoothly away from the home keeping the front porch area clean, dry, and protected from long-term moisture damage.
