Foundation settlement problem solved by installed our foundation push pier system. The piers are driven into the soil until they reach solid bedrock. The weight of the home is then transferred to the piers. This prevents further settlement and can even help close formed cracks!
The backside of this home was sinking, causing the floors to slope. To bring the home back to a level position and even the floor, we installed our foundation pier system. Once installed, the foundation was slowly hydraulically lifted to level. After the installation, the team backfilled the pier location with concrete to seal the system and level the area.
This Jacksonville home received a much-needed front entry improvement to prevent water pooling near the door. Our team installed a trench drain system along the brick walkway and door threshold to redirect water away from the entryway and foundation. The paver surface was carefully lifted, graded, and reset for proper drainage flow, restoring both functionality and curb appeal. Now, rainwater flows smoothly away from the home keeping the front porch area clean, dry, and protected from long-term moisture damage.
A Jacksonville, FL property needed an exterior drainage solution to help direct water away from the building. Our team excavated the area and installed a buried drainage line to carry water safely away from the foundation. Once installed, the trench was backfilled and the surrounding lawn was restored, leaving the property clean while providing improved protection against unwanted water around the foundation.
We repaired a customer's sinking sidewalk using PolyLevel by first drilling small holes into the affected concrete. Next, we injected the PolyLevel foam beneath the slab, which expanded to fill voids and lift the concrete back to its original position. Finally, we patched the drilled holes, leaving the sidewalk level and stable.
