This St. Augustine home was experiencing foundation settlement that caused visible cracking along the exterior wall. Our team installed a helical pier system to permanently stabilize the structure and prevent further movement. The piers were driven deep into stable soil layers and securely attached to the home’s foundation footing using a patented bracket system. After installation, the area was backfilled and restored, leaving the yard clean and the home supported for years to come.
