We permanently stabilized and leveled these sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers immediately stop settlement in its tracks and lift the floors above back to their original position.
In this Jacksonville home, uneven pavers and small gaps along the base of the wall revealed that the foundation was beginning to settle. To protect the home from further shifting, we carefully lifted and removed the pavers, then excavated the area to reach the footing.
