These symptoms pointed to a compromised foundation, likely due to unstable soils and prolonged environmental wear, which threatened the structural integrity and utility performance of the building.
To resolve the issue, our team installed helical piers a proven deep foundation solution engineered to permanently stabilize structures experiencing settlement. These piers were driven deep into load-bearing soil, then secured to the foundation to lift and support the affected areas.
The after image shows a clean, stabilized jobsite with structural integrity fully restored. The building is now protected against future shifting, and critical systems are safely supported ensuring lasting performance for this essential Atlantic Beach facility.
