To lift and level this customers sagging floor above their crawl space, we installed our SmartJack Support System.
The customer experienced a sagging floor above their crawl space due to weakened or inadequate support. To address this, we installed our SmartJack support system, which provides stable, adjustable support to reinforce the floor structure. This solution corrected the sagging, restored the floor's level, and improved overall stability.
Rainwater was dumping too close to the foundation with short gutter downspouts. Longer downspouts were buried to carry water away from the foundation. This helped to prevent water from pooling around the foundation and causing erosion and water damage.flooding.
Our LawnScape Outlet is a pipe buried from the downspout to a special LawnScape outlet. This pipe lets water out onto the surface while camouflaging the pipe end. The lid comes off for easy cleaning, minimizing home maintenance.
We replaced this customers existing vapor barrier line due to multiple puddles of standing water that was causing musty odors throughout the home. Our 20-mil thick CleanSpace Liner was permanently fastened to the floor and walls in the crawl space to prevent moisture from seeping through.
