It would have been a 5 but we weren’t told of the need for termite treatment until the work was done. It cost us an extra $400 and delayed covering everything up

Valerie was very sweet

Garrett was super knowledgeable, professional and answered our questions. I’m not sure if he was the person that should have advised us about the termite treatment, but there were multiple opportunities along the way that someone should have noticed it wasn’t on the to do list

Jose is top notch! Excellent foreman and had a great crew.

There were some ruts in our neighbors yard and some dirt on the house and driveway
