At the back of this Atlantic Beach property, years of slope runoff toward a retention pond and a likely crushed underground drain led to backup issues and visible yard erosion. The homeowner had installed pavers for accessibility and aesthetics, but water pooling and drainage failure were starting to undermine the area.
Our team carefully excavated through the pavers, uncovering the buried drainage line and replacing it with new, durable piping to restore proper flow away from the home.
