Water was pooling outside of the garage door and seeping inside of this garage after heavy rainstorm. We installed our patented TrenchDrain along the entryway of the garage door to effectively capture surface water to ensure that it wouldn't make its way into the garage ever again.
This Gainesville homeowner was dealing with unwanted water pooling near their foundation, so we stepped in with a customized French drain and exterior waterproofing solution. After carefully trenching alongside the home and beneath the driveway, we installed a French drain system designed to keep groundwater away and protect the structure long-term.
But we didn’t stop at solving the drainage issue; we made sure everything was put back just the way we found it. Once the new system was in place, we restored the concrete with a clean, smooth finish that blended seamlessly with the existing driveway. Then, we permanently stabilized this home's sinking foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space.
We installed an exterior french drainage system to stop water before it can leak into the home. The system will direct water away from the foundation through a discharge line to a safe distance to prevent the possibility of re-entry.
When It rained, water pooled around this customers patio. Understandably frustrated, they contacted our office for a permanent solution.
