After purchasing this 101-year-old Jacksonville home, the homeowner noticed sagging and uneven floors caused by weakened floor joists and inadequate crawl space support. We permanently stabilized this home's floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. Then, they placed the SmartJacks on the prepared bases and adjusted them to provide the necessary support, stabilizing the crawl space and preventing further sinking.
