A customer was looking for a solution to lift and level their sagging floors. To address this issue, we installed our SmartJack System. The SmartJack System is a steel support system designed to stabilize and lift sagging floors by providing reliable support to weakened or failing floor joists. It works by transferring the load of the structure to a stable base, effectively leveling the floors and preventing further sagging.
The floors of this home were sunken and extremely unlevel due to the broken floor joist below the home. We permanently stabilized this home's foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully adjustable steel piers immediately stopped settlement and were even able to lift the floors above back to their original position.
